I know seeing a new stylist can be stressful. I want to make it as easy as possible for you. Below you will find information on how to book your first appointment with me and what to expect when you are here.
On the Day of Your Appointment...
When You Arrive
I appreciate if you arrive a few minutes before your appointment time so that we can start on time. I do everything I can to have things booked properly so that I don't run behind for you. If I happen to, I will send you a "text" through my booking system to give you a heads up.

If the salon door is locked, ring the doorbell and someone will let you in as soon as they can. My chair is in the back section of the salon. If I am not ready for you there is a small seating area on the way to the back where you can make yourself comfortable.
Consultation
Once you are in my chair, we will sit down and have a discussion where we can talk about your hair goals and any struggles or concerns you may have. Tell me everything! I will ask about your hair history, home maintenance, lifestyle and habits. Don't worry if you "don't know" the answers. My questions are designed to help me learn more about you so that I can provide you with the best outcome for your wants and needs. And always feel free to bring pictures!
During the Appointment
Now you can sit back and enjoy your appointment!

If you are here for a colour, a custom formula will be blended for you and recorded at each visit to keep track of your hair history. While the colour processes you can relax with a beverage and snack and use our wifi to catch up on work or life. Feel free to bring a book or anything else you'd like to work on.
Tips and Tricks
I will share tips and products with you while I style your hair. I want to enhance your washing and styling experience at home. If you have a cupboard full of hair products that you don't really know what to do with or you keep trying products with the hope of finding the magic one, I want to help you! Styling your hair doesn't have to be so complicated.

I will wrap up our appointment by discussing your possible maintenance appointment options and if time allows I'll ask if I can take some photos for my social media.
